Abstract

Perkembangan Garam Kusamba sebagai warisan budaya tak benda dengan teknik produksi tradisional yang khas mendorong perancangan Industri Garam berbasis Wisata di Desa Kusamba. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi fluktiasi produksi dan rendahnya nilai tambah produk sekaligus memperkuat identitas budaya garam melalui penerapan arsitektur naratif. Pendekatan ini digunakan untuk menerjemahkan proses penggaraman tradisional menjadi rangkaian pengalaman ruang yang dapat dipahami dan dinikmati pengunjung. Metode perancangan mengacu pada pendekatan pemrograman arsitektur dengan kerangka proses desain yang meliputi kajian pustaka, studi preseden, analisis pengguna dan kebutuhan ruang, analisis tapak pesisir, serta perumusan kriteria dan konsep desain. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan penerapan arsitektur melalui pengaturan tata ruang dan sirkulasi yang mengikuti alur produksi garam, serta pembentukan ruang yang interpretatif yang mengomunikasikan nilai budaya dan proses produksi Garam Kusamba.
